Quote from last night's class:
“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.”

Wednesday Community Class Moved

Wednesday's Community Class will now meet in the former
Mountain Made space
Front Street/East Ave/Main Street of Thomas, WV.
Class starts right at 6pm.
Doors open at 5:45.

This is a donation based class.
Donation policies always bring up a number of questions, but a good rule of thumb is to give the amount that feels appropriate to you in exchange for the service your teacher is providing. Your donation is anonymous and reflects the value of the class to YOU. Donating acknowledges the service you are receiving and creates a balanced energetic exchange.

THANK YOU!
