Candlelight Class

Please join me THIS Sunday for a special Candlelight Community Yoga Class
5PM-6PM.
There will be no community yoga class on Wednesday, Dec. 24th.

Location: Former MtnMade Space/Peacock Building=where we currently have community class
Space opens at 4:45. (Please note class is from 5-6,not our usual Wednesday night time 6-7)

This class will focus on the elements of light and darkness in our practice and the poses. A slow-moving, soulful flow we will create heat in the first half of the class then prepare for quiet introspection with longer, forward, folding poses.

"The winter solstice is the last point in the sacred wheel of the year, where we reach the darkest point and the light is reborn and we move again into the fullness of light. These points remind us that we are part of life and always connected, that even in the darkest moments, there is light." – Saul David Raye

Thank you,
Anne

Please be on the lookout for an email about additional yoga classes/changes to community yoga class schedules over the holidays.
