Weekend Class


Saturday, February 15, 9AM-10:00All-Level Class
Wake up with yoga as you wait for the weather to warm up before you start your day/adventure/ski.
A vinyasa style class designed to open your body, build strength, and improve flexibility while maintaining focus on good alignment and the breath. This is an all-around, feel-good class with an emphasis on hip-opening. We will incorporate standing poses, twists, backbends, and inversions (optional). Modifications and options given throughout the practice.
Cost $8.00

Sunday, February 16th, 9am-10:15AM All levels class
A 75 minute class designed to slowly open and awaken the body,
moving you into a more heated practice designed to release toxins, increase circulation,
and open up the body.
 This is an all-around, feel-good class incorporating standing poses, twists, backbends, and inversions (optional). Modifications and options given throughout the practice. 
Cost $10.00


All Classes held in the former Mountain Made Space in Thomas, WV
on Front Street/East Ave/Main St.
Space opens 15 minutes before class. Yoga mats are available.
