May offerings

Mindful Mondays (4-class series: May 9, 16, 23, June 6th) 8:30AM-9:30AM
$10.00/cash or check
Space opens at 8:15am
Though we often try to integrate mindfulness into the yoga/asana practice (as well as off the mat), these classes are an invitation to go a bit deeper. Each class will be a combination of slow mindful movements as well as held poses. Each class will focus on an area of the body of which we will spend considerable time exploring. Though this is a 4 class series, you do not have to commit to all four classes.

WEDNESDAYS

The Wednesday night Contribution Yoga Class at 6pm will take place at the Senior Center in Thomas for the next three Wednesdays (Feb 24, March 2nd, Mar. 9th).
The Senior Center is located on Spruce St/Route 32 in Thomas. When the road splits and it becomes one way, the center is on the right. You can park along the street. There is a small parking lot on the north side of the building.
Please enter the space using the south entrance door (if you are looking at the building-on your right). Please remove your shoes upon entering.
We will need to move chairs and tables to clear space before class and then move them back. If you can come early or stay after to help with this, that would be wonderful.
Please help spread the word.
Thanks everyone!
Anne
