A class to combine the physical and devotional aspects of the practice. A slow but focused class combining movement and long holds. Many options and modifications given--but the idea is to move in a way that feels right to you...in that moment.

***Reservation policy: If you reserve a space and don't show/don't cancel at least by the night before class, you will be expected to pay for the class if I have to turn others away (exceptions of course if you awake ill/family emergency etc. (hangovers don't count, sorry)).

Yoga & Music April 23rd 5pm-6pm Yoga and Music Fundraiser for Friends of the Cheat Please join Musician and Artist Erika May (EMAY) and Anne Farmer, Yoga Teacher, for a special “yoga class meets live music performance” fundraiser.  All levels and abilities welcome! Your donation will help support Friends of the Cheat.
