A multi-level, Vinyasa-style practice beginning with warming up the body and progressing through a series of poses designed to improve stability, stamina and an overall sense of well-being. Modifications will be given so you can work at the level best suited for you.

Community Yoga (No community class on Wed. Dec 25th)
This is a multi-level class seeking to challenge and reward each and every student. All welcome! Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, students will focus on breath and alignment. Modifications are given to make sure each participant is moving at his/her own level.
