vinyasa style class designed to open your body, build strength, and
improve flexibility while maintaining focus on good alignment and the
breath. This is an all-around, feel-good class with an emphasis on neck, shoulders and upper back. We will incorporate standing
poses, twists, backbends, and inversions (optional). Modifications and
options given throughout the practice.
